These generic tools were built for ledgers and canned goods—not for precious metals. They cannot calculate net gold weight from karat purities, cannot compute wastage or making charge variations, cannot print legal old gold seller declarations, and cannot generate certificates of authenticity.
The JCode Systems engineering team originally built this platform for a busy gold jewellery retailer in Tamil Nadu facing those exact bottlenecks. Working directly on the showroom floor alongside shop owners and counter staff, we engineered a dedicated solution tailored to live retail interactions: instantaneous weighing scale capture, legal old gold vouchers with photo proof, and automated WhatsApp delivery.
Following its successful deployment and ongoing refinement, Jexo is now available as an independent, enterprise-grade software product for jewellery showrooms, bullion traders, and assay testing laboratories across India and international markets.
